The mural was painted by David Andrews, an artist with Conrad Smith Studios, Inc. The project was initiated and completed while Fr. Randall Moreau was pastor in the Year of Our Lord 2006.
The figures in the painting are as follows (center; then descending from top left; then descending from top right):
- In the center is Our Lady Queen of All Saints with the child Jesus, surrounded by Saints.
- St. John Vianney – Cure d’Ars; patron of parish priests
- St. Therese of Lisieux – the Little Flower; patron of bodily ills and missions; Doctor of the Church
- St. Gianna Beretta Molla – patron of mothers, physicians, and unborn children
- St. Joseph – Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary; Guardian of the Christ Child; Protector of the Universal Church; patron of fathers, families, workers, and attorneys
- St. Catherine of Sienna – protector of nurses and fire fighters; Doctor of the Church
- Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati – patron of the poor, the ill, and young adults.
The fleur-de-lis is found on the wall around the mural. It is a symbol often associated with the Blessed Virgin, most notably in representations of the Annunciation. It symbolizes purity and chastity.
